Naturally, you will probably have many more questions regarding babyballet and whether this franchise would be right for you. We are more than happy to discuss all your questions with no pressure whatsoever. Please feel free to contact us for more information...
What does a franchisee do? As a franchisee, you would develop and manage your own exclusive area. Franchisees hold babyballet classes, host parties and sell uniform and merchandise. Being a babyballet franchisee is exciting and rewarding.
What experience do you need to run the franchise? Franchisees (the owners of the business) need to be business minded, motivated and well organised with business experience being a major benefit. If you have ballet and dance training you would be able to train up to the standards to become a babyballet teacher and teach the classes yourself. If you don't have the dance and ballet experience you can employ freelance teachers to teach the classes for you. We will help you to recruit the highest calibre of teachers.
I want to own and run the franchise but not teach the classes. Is this possible? Yes it is. You can employ freelance dance teachers and party hosts to teach the practical aspect of the franchise leaving you to manage the business. This is a particularly good option for business people who want to invest in a profitable business but don't have a strong desire to be a teacher. How do babyballet select their franchisees?
We are passionate about recruiting the highest calibre of people to become babyballet franchisees. As the franchise network grows it must grow with the same high standards in order to maintain our exceptional reputation. Therefore, it is essential that we recruit dedicated, hard-working and enthusiastic people who believe in the babyballet ethos.
Can two people share a franchise?
You may have a friend, member of your family or business partner that you would like to go into partnership with and babyballet is the perfect business for you to invest in together. We have several territories which are being run successfully as a partnership. This set up can be beneficial if one person has teaching and dance experience and the other has a more business background.
I already have my own school. How could a babyballet franchise work for me?
If you already have your own school, babyballet really is a fantastic pre-school feeder programme for your existing classes. With the syllabus, music and lesson plans already written and ready to teach to children from 6 months, you will be amazed at how quickly you can implement babyballet into your own school and increase your profits. Once children have completed the babyballet syllabus, you can either choose to implement our after school programme, or simply integrate the pupils into your own chosen syllabus, for example, RAD.
How are the current franchisees getting on?
The franchisees who are already up and running are thoroughly enjoying their new business ventures. Once you have registered your enquiry you have the opportunity to speak directly with a franchisee so they can tell you how things are going for them.
